Note: student being considered must be a California resident. They will also need to have graduated with a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0), be a graduate of a California state high school or equivalent program, they must also submit an essay about themselves (200 words or less), and an application, along with transcripts. Note: Certain elements which cannot be met under these Qualification Guidelines may be reviewed by the scholarship committee. Eligible students should be enrolled in a Junior College or a University, carry an average of (12) units per semester and maintain a minimum (3.0) grade average for further award considerations.
The winners will be notified by the office and their names will be published in the CTN magazine and Scholarship site page.
