HERE'S HOW THE SUPERIOR
PROGRAM WORKS!
- For each existing CDTOA member that purchases a new box or transfer set, directly through Superior, the company will donate an equal amount of that members most recent billed dues (based on the number of trucks and/or trailers owned) to the CDTOA Political Action Committee or PAC in the name of that member and Superior.
- For each Non-CDTOA Member, Superior will purchase an annual CDTOA membership for that company based on the number of trucks in the purchase order(s) for the period of the contest.
PRIZE REDEMPTION: The prize money can only be utilized for a vacation or trip through American Express Vacations (AEV):
www.americanexpressvacations.com, or call 1-800-335-3342. Winners will be provided with a credit voucher equal to the amount of the prize money that was won. Call or go online and plan your trip and you can apply those credits to your trips cost. All additional costs will be the responsibility of each winner. AEV accepts all major credit cards if there is a balance. Beginning January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air or as of January 1, 2008, if traveling by land or sea (including ferries) to destinations between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport.
Program exclusions: CDTOA and AADT employees and family are excluded from the awards program. Retired dues do not count towards the total dues revenue of any referring member. If a member joins for six months and drops out, the membership dues revenue for that new member cannot be used by the referring member or affiliate.
