SACRAMENTO CHAPTER FAMILY PICNIC

The Sacramento Chapter had a family picnic at Folsom Lake on Sunday August 1, 2004. The Lake was disappointingly low due to recent water releases. Jim and Rene Doherty brought their boat and took anyone who wanted to on a ride. The chapter sponsored the event. The cooking was done by Rob and Pat Mc Clernon. Rob and Pat are fabulous cooks and hosts as anyone who has ever attended any of their dinners will tell you. The menu consisted of hot dogs, hamburgers, and teriyaki chicken. We also had salad, chips and dip, watermelon, sodas, beer, and wine. Squirt guns and water balloons added to the fun. This was the first time we had this picnic and everyone wants to do it again next year.
