Ventura Chapter - Februar 2003
Our last chapter meeting was held on Saturday, January 11, 2003 at Carrows Restaurant in Ventura. The meeting was an informational success with three guest speakers. Several different door prizes were available to the winners.
Officer Veronica Gonzales and Larry DiSieno from the CHP offered the latest information on the new liason program available. The presentation was very interesting and informative. Veronica, with the Commercial Unit Program and Larry, with the Motor Carrier Property Program are from the Coastal Division in San Luis Obispo. They encouraged us to contact them with any questions at 805-549-3261. Jim Parks and Michael Draper from Ark Insurance in Riverside made the trek to Ventura to share insurance information. Jim presented the current information on the Return-of-Dues Program. Mike presented information on Long Term Life Insurance. Both sessions were informative with both Jim and Mike entertaining questions for their respective subjects.

We thank our guest speakers and those members in attendance for making the meeting a such success.
