I love watching the Weather Channel, especially on my new HD TV (for which I had to pay a $25 disposal fee – another environmental tax – even though I didn’t throw my old TV away).

Late last year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency laid the foundation for assuming breathtaking power to issue command-and-control dictates for the American economy.

You may not know that there is a growing body of scientists who are questioning California-specific health effects associated with diesel emissions.

During the last CARB Board meeting, the very conflicted UC Professor John Balmes, after hearing numerous requests from industry representatives about the importance of sharing key study data with industry, actually took 5-10 minutes to explain why this data couldn’t be shared due to confidentiality agreements with the participants of these studies (assuming diesel emissions haven’t already killed them).
