PG&E Notification on Rate Increases Because of AB32!
Last month a member recieved this in her PG&E statement annoucing that there will be a rate increase due to AB32 Global Warming Act.

PG&E has announced its opposition to Prop. 23
after making a backroom deal to line its pockets while you pay!
PG&E is already sending out notices of $16 million in rate increases it negotiated with CARB under AB 32. Unlike our small businesses, PG&E is guaranteed an 11.35% return on equity under the Public Utilities Contract and is positioned to profit handsomely if Prop. 23 fails and your energy costs rise a projected 60%.
PG&E might think it can simply send us notices and we will meekly comply, but we have devised a way for you to turn the tables on PG&E and put THEM on notice! Donate $5 to our efforts to pass Prop. 23 and then download this notice to enclose in your next PG&E bill. Let’s send them a clear message that we will NOT be silent any longer when they profit from our economic hardship.
