Highway Users Remind Lawmakers that Taxpayers Are Short-Changed by Administration’s Earmarks
On February 19, 2010, the American Highway Users Alliance (The Highway Users) called on Congress to reject provisions in the Obama Administration’s FY2011 budget proposal that would divert $200 million in highway taxes normally distributed to the states for Administration earmarking.
