Compare – it’s a great bargain. Our advertising rates are a fraction of the cost of those of most broad based industry publications and sales magazines.
- All Affiliates will receive 25% Advertising Discounts on all published rates in the CTN, in addition to:
A. 30% discount on (business card-sized) ads in PRO-TECH section.
B. Substantial discounts on ad composition, color separations for ads and story reprints.
- C. Free classified section text ads (some minor restrictions)
- D. Authority to use the CDTOA logo in/on your advertising, business cards, mailings, place of business, etc.
- The CDTOA’s Advertising and Marketing Group possesses the experience, expertise, creativity, and design tools needed to meet all your marketing and advertising needs.
- Also, we can add a link from our website (www.cdtoa.org) to your site page or create an e-ad banner.
GENERAL
- • We extend standing invitations to our affiliates to all local meetings for your managers and sales people. Short presentations regarding your products/services are welcome and encouraged. Contact the area chairperson to arrange a time so they can include the information in the Chapter Meeting Notices.
- • You might also consider conducting or hosting a Chapter meeting(s) at your facilities, offices, or location of your choice. Recognition of such meetings can be included in the California TRANSPORTATION News (CTN) column, “Action In The Chapters.” Articles must be submitted by Chapters.
- • News releases regarding your organization and products are encouraged for free publication in the CTN “In The News” section.

- • Monthly listing of affiliation, categorized by products/services, in the CTN “Affiliate Directory.”

Branch Stores may qualify under a variety of situations, a truck manufacturer joins CDTOA as a prime Affiliate and dealer stores than may join as branch stores with ALL the same benefits for a fee to cover publication and mailing costs.
DUMP TRUCK SHOW AND CONVENTION (Announced in July prior to Applicable Years)Every five years, CDTOA will consider sponsoring a industry trade show in Southern California. The next show is scheduled, October 2007. When a trade show is scheduled the following will apply to affiliate members.
- Prime locations for equipment display spaces and booths during the annual convention.
- Discounts on all preregistration for the annual dump truck show.
- Special acknowledgments in the CTN are made in issues prior to and following the show regarding exhibitors.
