CDTOA Executive Director, Lee Brown sends an email request on January 27, 2010 to Professor Michael Jarrett requesting for Underlying Data Used in two HEI reports.

Dear Prof. Jerrett,

The attached request letter is very clear. This is the next step, since you have not responded to our industry January 6th letter to you and President Yudof. CARB Chair Nichols has guaranteed an open and transparent exchange of information relating to the science! We are still awaiting your response to that January 6 letter.
