Email sent out to CDTOA from HEI

Dear Lee,

I am pleased to forward the results of analyses prepared by Dr. Daniel Krewski of a California-specific analysis of American Cancer Society (ACS CPS II) data for the California Metro Statistical Areas.  As you know, this was follow-up to the work presented in HEI Research Report 140 using the same methods and approaches, and performed in response to your request to HEI. As you also know, I had hoped that these could be made available sooner, but am glad to be able to finally be able to provide them now.

Response Email to Prof. Michael Jarrett requesting for underlying data used PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 05 February 2010 00:00

Professor Michael Jerret emailed us back on February 5, 2010. His reasons expends a substantial amount of words attempting to explain the confidential nature of his past research data and apparently pegs this reason for not being able to share it with other interested parties. We would hope minimally that Jerrett is familiar, as are all creditable researchers, with the “anonymizing” of confidential data handling and the standards defined be organizations like the National Center for Health Statistics, the National Institute of Health and Data Sharing, the National Academy of Science and numerous court decisions.

This is How the Governor Deals with HIS Governments Fraud!

On December 15, we sent a 5 page letter to the Governor expressing our total dissatisfaction with CARB’s Chairperson, Mary Nichols and its management staff. They have all conspired to not only cover up the fraudulent credential activity of a key employee (Mr. Tran) responsible for their health effects report associated with the ridiculous on-road diesel engine rule,
